Postage and Delivery

We post items which are less than 15Kg via Hermes. If you expect to not be at the delivery address on the estimated delivery day then please specify to us a safe location at the property which we can pass on to Hermes. We aim to ship most items the same day.

For items over 15KG we ship these via the pallet network. We can arrange the delivery for you to any UK address. If you require pallet shipping please get in touch with us before purchase for a quote. To provide you with a quote for delivery we would need a postcode. For pallet deliveries we will need a name, address, contact number and any vehicle restrictions to the property.

We do not handle the delivery ourselves and therefore pallets may be delivered to the front of the property only.

All pallet deliveries will come on a truck with a tail lift. If you do have a forklift on site please let us know when booking the delivery.
